12th Std Farewell
The college organized a farewell party for the students of 12th STD to bid farewell with best wishes for their upcoming exams and future endeavors. The students shared their experiences on the stage and the ways in which the college had contributed to their personal development. The lunch was organized by the college and finally the program ended with the students capturing the memories with photo sessions.
Annual Sports Event
The event was inaugurated by Principal Dr. Anil Adsule with words of encouragement and advice to the students to play to their fullest potential by pushing the boundaries of their performance. Emphasis was laid not on the results but on the cultivation of sporting spirit. The event also served as a way to foster and mould the students through team spirit, inculcating in them the values of perseverance, cooperation and coordination. The event duration was from 25th February – 14th March, 2023. Students were divided by houses in teams of red, blue, green and yellow.
Baking Classes
Lighthouse training program – NSDL programs are offered to our students through lighthouse foundation. These programs include tally for F.Y. students, Baking for S. Y. students and SAP for T.Y. students.
Job Fair
A Job fair was organized at St. Vincent College (Arts and Commerce) for the students. It was supported and sponsored by District Sports Office, Pune and Rashtriya Ekatmata Vidyarthi Sanghatana. This was an excellent opportunity for students to discuss job opportunities, submit their CVs, and showcase their skills and experience. The event was widely promoted through various channels to ensure that all students were aware of the opportunity.
PTA Meeting
A parents Teachers Meeting was organized for the Junior College to provide a platform for parents and teachers to discuss students’ progress, achievements, and concerns. During the meeting, teachers and parents shared feedback on students’ academic performance, including their attendance, grades, and behavior in the classroom. The Meeting was particularly productive, as it allowed the parents and teachers to discuss the students’ transition from Junior College to Senior college and their academic and personal development.
