St. Vincent De Paul Feast day is observed on September 27. St Vincent De Paul was a 17th century French Priest who was known for his teachings and compassionate work amongst the poor and marginalized sections of the society. He was canonized on 16 June 1737 and was designated as the special patron of all charitable associations by the church in 1883. He is the patron saint of St Vincent College of Commerce, Pune. On the occasion of St. Vincent De Paul Feast day on September 27 2022, the college conducted an awareness lecture to familiarize the students with the history and ideals of the college. The lecture was delivered by Dr. Gilbi John.
