Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Jayanti Celebrations
A themed reading day was organized on the occasion of Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Jayanti on 11th February 2024. Mahatma Phule was a social reformer and anti-caste activist from Pune, Maharashtra. The themed reading day included the display and reading of different books related to him.
Visit from the National Coordinator of the AICUF
Fr. Jesu Benjamin, the national coordinator of the AICUF visited the college on Wednesday, 24th April 2024 at 10 a.m. Fr Jesu held a session informing us about The AICUF. He gave insightful information about the AICUF in India, its history, its goals, how it is run, the motto and its constitution so as to inform the students about the problems and injustice in the society. He also asked the students a few questions about what they thought of the AICUF and the activities they had done before. The students had a break in the middle during which all shared some snacks and the event was concluded with lunch in the form of a potluck where everyone brought different types of food.
